Area Championship Playoff Game
The Muleshoe Mules will play the Breckenridge Buckaroos this THURSDAY night, November 20, at Snyder High School Tiger Stadium at 7:00 p.m. for the Area Championship. We are the Home team, but we will be wearing white. Tickets are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students.
DIRECTIONS to Snyder High School Tiger Stadium: Take Hwy 84 for 2 hours, 22 minutes to Snyder. Exit US-84 BUS/ FM 1611, Turn right on FM 1611 South. Turn left onto 37th Street. Turn right onto Denison Ave. The address is: 3901 Denison Ave.

The Muleshoe Mules won the B-District Championship Game after defeating Kermit 31-7.

Results of West Texas A&M Speech and Debate Competition

schools competed in the tournament which means well over 500 students.

UIL District 1-AAA Division 1 Football District Champions!
The Muleshoe Mules earned the title of District Champs after defeating Littlefield 27-26.

Bi-District Championship Game!
The Bi-District play-off game is Friday, November 14 at 7:00 at the Frenship High Football Stadium. The Muleshoe Mules play the Kermit Yellowjackets. We are the Home team and will sit on the west side of the stadium. Tickets are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students.
Texas Tech UIL Academic Fall Fandango
Blayne Shipman won 1st in two UIL events-Current Issues and Events and Social Studies. Jo Jo Rejino placed 9th in Current Issues and Events. Way to go!
Art 1 students in Sandi Chitwoods classes were given the opportunity to look, touch, feel and examine pumpkins in their class this last month. After working with pastels the students were to create a piece of art using pastels and pumpkins. The pumpkins were furnished by Jacob Kettner's dad, so the students had a variety of shapes and sizes to observe. The results were amazing!!!
Lady Mules Basketball
Lady Mule fans: Our first game of the 2014-15 season is here and we can’t wait. The kids are excited and we can’t wait to get started. Our first game was scheduled to be played on Tuesday November 11th with Bushland here in Muleshoe. Bushland is having success in the volleyball playoffs and because of a playoff game on Tuesday, we are moving our game to Monday November 10th. The game will still be here in the MHS gym with the JV girls game beginning at 5:00. Come out and watch some exciting girls basketball on Monday!

Saturday, Nov 15 - JV and Varisty Girls vs Brownfield at Muleshoe. JV starts at 11:30. Varisty begins at 1:00.

Chris Barber--3rd place-Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking; Yvonne Diaz--5th Dramatic Interpretation; Jaida Gandarilla--4th Poetry Interpretation; Haley Hunt and Brianna Velasquez--5th Duet Acting; Kari Mendoza and Cristian Mora--2nd Duet Acting; Kari Mendoza--1st Dramatic Interpretation, 1st Humorous Interpretation; Dylan Miller--2nd Humorous Interpretation; Allegra Mora--2nd Poetry Interpretation; Cristian Mora--3rd Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking,1st Prose Interpretation; Rachelle Whitworth--4th Lincoln Douglas Debate. Muleshoe High won 1st Place Sweepstakes out of 18 schools attending the tournament.
State Cross Country Qualifier
Evan Paez qualified for the State Cross Country meet in Round Rock by running a 17:02; his personal best! There were 163 runners representing Class 3A in our region. Evan will compete at the State Cross Country Meet in Round Rock on, Nov. 8th.
Jazmine Garza competed in the Regional Meet; Jazmine finished her cross country season with a great time of 14:04. There were 175 lady athletes competing for a top 10 finish.
